These terms apply to purchases made on we4out.com. The seller is Monine AS, organisation number 926 029 215 MVA, Norway. You can reach us through the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email.
What we sell
At the moment the shop sells digital guides only (PDF files). Merchandise marked "coming soon" cannot be ordered yet.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you complete the order.
The contract
The contract is made when you receive the order confirmation by email. Keep it: it contains your order reference and your download links.
Digital products and the right of withdrawal
Digital guides are delivered as downloads immediately after payment. Before you pay, the checkout asks you to agree that delivery starts at once and that the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore ends when the download is made available (Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, angrerettloven § 22 n). Complaints
If a guide is faulty or not as described — a file that will not open, missing pages, a wrong edition — contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Consumer rights under Norwegian law apply. If we cannot agree, you can ask the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) to mediate. A case that is still not resolved can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget). Consumers in other European countries can also get help from the European Consumer Centre Norway (Forbruker Europa).
