Delivery

After payment you receive an email with a personal download link for each guide. The same links work for later editions of the guide. If you lose them, you can request new links at any time on the My downloads page with the email address you bought with.

Download limits

To keep links from being shared publicly, each link can be used a limited number of times per day. Normal use — downloading to a few of your own devices — is never affected.

Updated editions

When a guide is updated, the new edition is available through your existing link at no extra cost. Updates are made at our discretion; we do not promise a specific schedule.

Personal licence

A guide is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it and keep copies on your own devices. Your order reference and email address are printed on every page of your copy. You may not resell, share publicly or republish it.

Right of withdrawal

Digital content is delivered immediately. Before you pay, you tick a box at checkout to agree that delivery starts straight away and that the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore ends once the download link is made available (Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 (n)). The time of that consent is stored with your order and repeated in your confirmation email. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
