About We4Out
We4Out is a small, independent Norway travel publisher. Route guides and rule explainers built from official sources, with every figure dated.
We4Out writes about one thing: getting around Norway by car and camper. Which routes work in which season, what is worth the detour and what is overrated, what things really cost, and the practical problems nobody puts on a postcard.
We4Out turns those notes into route guides, handbooks and free travel tips. The guides are for people who want the whole plan in one place.
How a guide is made
A guide starts with the questions you will have on the road: how far, how long, which ferry, what it costs, whether the pass is open, where you may sleep. Each answer comes from the official source — Statens vegvesen, the ferry operators, Lovdata, the municipalities, the national parks — and is printed with that source and the date it was checked. Distances and driving times are calculated from map data, not guessed. Where official sources disagree, the guide shows both; where nobody knows, it says "unknown".
Every guide carries an edition number and the date it was last checked, and later editions of a guide you bought are yours at no cost. No place pays to be included.
What we are not
We are not a tourist board, a booking site or an influencer account. Some links on this site — for example to booking or car-rental sites — are partner links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. They are always marked, and they never decide what goes into a guide.
Who sells the guides
The shop is run and invoiced by Monine AS, a Norwegian company (organisation number 926 029 215). Orders, payments and customer service go through the shop on this site.
