Shipping and returns

Digital guides
The shop sells digital guides only. Nothing is shipped: each guide is delivered by download link by email as soon as payment is confirmed, and you can download it again later from My downloads.
Returns
Because delivery of digital content starts immediately with your consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download is made available. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See the digital product terms.
Merchandise
Clothing and posters are shown as "coming soon" and cannot be ordered yet. Delivery areas, costs and return terms for physical products will be published here before they go on sale.
